Before You Order

Review the product page for available dimensions, package information, and item-specific notes. Measure doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, entry corners, and the final room location.

Delivery Options

Available delivery methods vary by product, destination, shipment size, and carrier availability. The options displayed at checkout are the options available for that order at that time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment details are sent after the order is fulfilled. An order shipped in multiple packages may have more than one tracking number.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product and its packaging can pass through the delivery path and fit the final room. Unless an option at checkout explicitly states otherwise, do not assume room-of-choice placement, assembly, packaging removal, or scheduled freight service is included.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Carrier estimates can change because of weather, routing, capacity, access, or other conditions outside the store's control. If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us with the order number, tracking information, and relevant photos when applicable.

Shipping Coverage
